La presente investigación muestra un análisis profundo sobre las cofradías de Baeza y su implicación en la sociedad de la Edad Moderna. A través de numerosa documentación original e inédita se ha podido conocer el funcionamiento de estas asociaciones, así como analizar los procesos de promoción artística desarrollados a través de los bienes muebles e inmuebles que atesoraron y que enriquecían el patrimonio de la ciudad.
This research presents an in-depth analysis of the brotherhoods of Baeza and their involvement in society during the Early Modern Period. Through numerous original and unpublished documents, it has been possible to learn about the functioning of these associations, as well as to analyse the processes of artistic promotion developed through the movable and immovable property they treasured and which enriched the city's heritage.
